When you register to download our whitepaper, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and optionally your role and use case description. We also automatically collect UTM parameters from your URL, your referring URL, and your browser user agent for attribution purposes.

Your data is used solely to provide access to FortiVault resources and to send you relevant information about our platform. We may contact you to follow up on your interest. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data storage
Your information is stored securely on servers located within the European Union. We retain lead data for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
