Three variables determine the cost.

Pricing is not based on how many agents use the review queue or how many seats you provision. It scales with your AI support deployment — the volume it handles and the scope of governance it enforces.

Monthly support volume

The number of customer queries FortiAgent handles per month — across all channels and categories. Higher volumes require more compute for trust score calculation, connector calls, and audit logging.

Governed categories

Each support category — billing, returns, login, account changes, technical support — has its own AI Trust Score threshold and automation policy. The number of independently governed categories reflects deployment scope.

Active connectors

The number of live API integrations FortiAgent calls — Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, Salesforce, and any custom REST API. Each connector requires configuration, authentication, and ongoing reliability monitoring.

Not based on per-seat count. The number of human agents using the review queue does not affect pricing. Governance overhead does not increase as your support team grows — only as your AI deployment scales.

Every deployment includes the full stack.

Do we need to use FortiAgent, or can FortiVault govern our existing AI?

The current version of FortiVault is built to govern FortiAgent specifically — the AI Trust Score, automation gating, and audit trail are tightly integrated with FortiAgent's execution model. Governance of third-party AI agents is on our roadmap. If you have an existing deployment you'd like to discuss, we're happy to assess fit.

What is the minimum contract commitment?

We work with enterprise teams on annual contracts scoped to deployment size. We don't have a self-serve month-to-month tier — FortiVault is configured for your environment and onboarded with your team, which requires a minimum engagement period to be useful.

What size of support operation is a good fit?

FortiVault is most valuable for teams handling meaningful support volume with a mix of high-stakes and routine query types — typically 1,000+ tickets per month where billing, account, or refund queries represent a significant share. Below that threshold, the governance overhead may exceed the value. We'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

How long does deployment take?

Initial deployment — knowledge source configuration, connector setup, and first automation policy — typically takes two to four weeks depending on the number of connectors and the complexity of your knowledge base. The AI Trust Score requires a calibration period of two to four weeks of live traffic before it stabilises enough to drive automation gating decisions reliably.
